They'll probably interpret your writings as a primitive anti-insect treatise complete with extermination strategies and insecticide formula. I'm working my way thru the '60s. Should be hitting the '70s in a few weeks. I'm being really self-indulgent I know. I hope that some of the shit I've done in my life is of interest. I've tried to approach life as a creative process. I've had some time to reflect while sitting here in the desert. The forum has become my confessional. We are all essentially talking about ourselves in here. We're creating our own personal mythologies. Let's hope some of them have a shred of lasting value. Otherwise, we're wasting our time. But, that could be catholic guilt speaking. My Buddha nature says none of it exists. |
