I wish I had so many Euros to spend in a fake (or even authentic) absinthe fountain, Crosby...

the fountain was real and complete and in the nicest condition i have ever seen a terminus model...

Well, let's see. If the fountain is really worth more than the 7,500 euros bid on it by Cormenier, then perhaps the seller saved his ass by inventing a dummy, or shill, bidder (Ordinaire75). Sellers do this when bidding doesn't meet their expectations. A more honest way to do the same thing would have been to place a higher reserve, but ...

It's all over, except for paying the EURO 7,550. The winner, an ebay fng going by ordinaire75. Is it our good Dr.? I guess Oxygenee and Frenchman backed out in light of the concerns Oxy posted here.

Petermarc posted it here months ago! For some reason, when I saved it for my files, it got bloated.

I've always suspected that it shows a sample of forumite Oxygenée's (David's) collection, but he's not taken credit for it, so who knows?
