Please, please keep Gerard Depardieu out of French gay porn!
I've already seen him naked in some movie (I forget which).

I loved TASTING EMILE. Starring Gerard Depardieu.
Directed by Bertrand Blier.

I got my Un Emile yesterday and I REALLY like it. Granted I am complete FNG when it comes to Absinthe (having tasted only 8 different kinds) but I knows what I likes!
I tried it sugared (one small cube) and un-sugared. Ratio of about 1:3. I like it either way with a SLIGHT lean to the sugar. This is so SMMMOOOTH that it can be very, very dangerous.
I like the fact that the anis is subdued and that the other flavors can come through. One thing about the flavor and the aroma has me puzzled. There is a sharp/pungent/different undertone that pops up amongst the other flavors that I can't put my finger (tounge?) on. It's familiar but I can't place it. So far I have not come across it before (NS, Deva, MM, La Bleu, Pernod 68, Slerpis). Could it be a pronounced wormwood?
Ted, any input??
