Good point Head. Pussy cats with 3 days growth can be responsible for inflicting nasty injuries.

Persians and Himalayans are best for that school of painting -- the fur length allows for a tighter grip on the animal, giving maximum control and flexibility, and the textures you can achieve are marvelous.

Ah, it makes me want to bring my own coffee-table book, "Painting with Cats," to a publisher.

No, I don't mean cats that paint. Nor do I mean people whose cats like to walk about on a freshly-painted canvas.

I mean "Here, kitty, kitty . . . [GRAB] !RAWR! [DUNK] !HISSSS! [SPLAT] !CLAW! No cats were harmed in the production of this book" painting with cats.

I bet amazon.com would carry it, too!

The Amazon.com reviews are a hoot.

Quote: "Some of the new age psycho-babble spouted by the human subjects made my eyes glaze, so I ultimately chose to largely ignore the text..." This is from a GOOD review.

There is a book. It's called 'Dancing with Cats.'

It's about people who dance with cats. Lots of pictures.

I cannot stop laughing. Can't.

It's done in a very serious tone- "...and intersects her cranial aura with that of her cat, thereby streaming the energies..."

If you are depressed, suicidal, or looking for that final nail in the coffin of your culture, this book is for you. A good companion book is 'why paint cats?' which is actually, unexpectedly about... um... painting cats.

Not pictures of them. Pictures on them.

There's no excuse for being hungry in the Bay Area. Plenty to eat just cruising the streets. Are you supposed to remove the stink glad before cooking?
