Drinking seems to make one intoxicated. I'd forgotten that.

"Falling Off the Wagon" (From weakness of will):

Emile 68 Sapin, H2O.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

"Santa's Little Helper" (from Green Tree Distilleries)

1/3 Green Tree Absinthe
1/3 Vodka (some brand of Green Tree)
1/3 white creme de menthe

Same thing, but probably even worse. No tonic, sprite or ice.

This was in the ad for Green Tree absinthe.

Here`s a keeper :

1/3 absinthe
1/3 vodka
1/3 peppermint liquor

Top with tonic water, sprite and ice.

I did mine with Emile sapin, stolichnaya vodka and ''Moonman`s organic crème de mente''. It would also be nice with La Fée absinthe or of course with ''Moonman`s hausgemachte''. It is very refreshing.

If you use a sweet absinthe, use less sprite and more tonic water. With unsweetened absinthes like Emile, use more sprite and less tonic.
