I find anything with vivid imagery keeps my interest in that state, so the best of Bowie DVD was fab. Oooh... swirly leotard...

Kallisti, yours is much better. Dammit.

I find that after few glasses of absinthe I cannot "veg" in front of the TV. After some of the good stuff there's too much whirring around in my head to just stare

I need to type, or draw... or drink more

I started writing an article on absinthe for Bent(a magazine I work for) last night, and I thought to myself 'you know, you should have a couple of glasses while doing this... good inspiration'.

Incorrect.

I got 3 glasses and 4 paragraphs in, turned the puter off and watched Bowie film clips for the rest of the night.

I stick with tradition.
F. Guy, Anisette, chopped ice, and club soda on the rocks. Now that's good.

Indeed! The faery has flown. I won't say its been a night on the town; I live in the country. Absinthe and Red Bull makes for a sparkling cocktail.

I get the slushies a little bit after drinking
Emile, HG, or Bleue #2.
But it's really nothing compared to the horrible
hangovers that I can get after overindulging in
vodka or wine during one of my mad drinking binges.
I usually have more vivid dreams, also, the night after
drinking absinthe during the day. Nothing spectacular,
but my dreams seem more real, and more present to
me, even if they are about the most bizarre topics.
Like, maybe, watching british people eating a
four course meal out in the middle of the desert,
like I did dream last night. Secondaries, maybe?
