Many thanks to all of you from the family!
Mom & Dad are out of ICU but Peggy still isn't doing too well. They're still pulling bits of road out of her left side and can't bandage her at all for lack of skin. her face is fine and amazingly no broken bones!
Christie calls her "a little Buddha" however and she's keeping her spirits up.
I'm sending out my collection of books on tape for them to listen too, and lots of loooooooove.

For those of you who came to our Engagement Picnic, I just got a message from one of my closest friends Christie in regards to her lovely and effervescent parents she brought to the picnic:

On sunday my parents were in an accident in missouri in their truck...they are team long haul truck drivers.
My mother was thrown thru the windshield naked and skidded on pavement removing most of the left side of her body. My dad broke
his ribs. They are both in icu in st josephs missouri.
