lemurs make me think of the shade of William Burroughs sailing to the Western Lands, on a raft full of lemurs. Sort of a happier version of Aguirre Wrath of God.

It was the one on Dung Beetles
that made me weepy.

"Look they're running behind that elephant
trying to get food to feed their babies!"

Spoon boy, I think I love you.

Yes, that was it. And mama kept crying and hanging around too.

Aaaaahh! I love lemurs.

Bravo, Oxy. That's awesome.

Kallisti, I think I watched the same documentary about lemurs. I cried too, when the albino baby lemur couldn't keep up with the others (they were running from something), and he died, and the mother came back looking for him. There was one about elephants that made me cry too.

I once saw an episode of "Crocodile Hunter" where big macho insane Steve Irwin got all misted up and sounded like he was about to bawl when he got to talking aabout the looming extinction of Orangutans.

Yikes, remind me not to lock horns with Oxy.

That was a very kind geture. Too bad Mr.Winston probably won't even realize it. Perhaps you should post a link to it at his site (muhahaha)???

It's true, I cry at animal documentaries.

R.Winston Gutless is IMO, on the evidence of his website, dishonest, duplicitious, and frankly, a little challenged intellectually.

Most irritating and unforgivable of all though is his sheer... smarminesss. A recent post by him:

Posted on Sunday, February 16, 2003 - 12:21 am:
-------------------------------------------------My wife and I just returned home from seeing James Brown at the Paramount Theater in Oakland California. It was a great show.
I took a small flask of Deva 50. It was an enjoyable night.

A minature haiku of pretension. Annoying huh?

Anyway, as a gesture of support to our beloved Kallisti, the creator, custodian and onlie begetter of the true and original Absinthe Buyers Guide, may I present:

http://www.absinthebuyersguide.us

Its yours for the next two years, to do with what you wish, with my compliments. May your enemies be struck down, and their knavish plots defeated...
