You savor those bottles, honey!
Or I know, I have an idea!!!!
Why not mail one to me and one to
Kallisti and we'll sign them and
then you can auction them off?

I'd gladly donate my time for that!

I need to work on storing it somewhere where I'll forget about it and rediscover it later, like buried pirate treasure or something.

Haven't tried Huguet yet, but it's part of one of Alandia's little gift packets of Things with No Reason To Try Otherwise (along with Hills, Starop, etc.)

If it's naturally colored, you want to keep it out of direct light. And don't store your absinthe in the refrigerator.

Since those two are oil mixes, and most likley artificially colored I wouldn't worry about keeping them cool or out of the sun.

I've got a 1/4 bottle of Deva 70 That has been sitting on my counter, in the sun, forever. It probably tastes the same now as it did when it was made.

I read that absinthe has to be kept at a cool temp. and out of the sun. At the moment mine is out of the sun, but the temp in my house is not always cool...I live in a hot climate, Nevada. I keep the air conditioning on when I can but I am still worried if the absinthe is at a cool temp. it can ruin it.. Is this true? Any suggestions what I can do?
