I know I shouldn't, but there's a kind of morbid fascination in reading the posts of Winston's moronic Mini Me, Slake, on the Forum That Looks So Coincidentally Like This One.

A lot of the laws have to do with what laws are actually challenged. Absinthe was never banned in Great Britain, yet it wasn't until Ted Breaux challenged it with the comerciall Hill's in the 1990's that it became widely available.
