I bought a bottle in Paris a while ago. Interesting but no big deal. For sure this is not what I would call absinthe. Worth trying.

This is more or less a Pastis ancienne, which is not too bad. Quite nice taste, but if you're looking for Absinthe, you should buy something else.

btw. there are some really very nice Pastis ancienne available...

My cavist sells a strange french "absinthe" : Absinthine Boyer (50). I didn't find anything about it, so : anyone tried it or knows something about it ? Is it a fake absinthe like Absente ?
