"Obviously, your question is a hot potato if not an out and out French Fry."
Don I like that, you have a good sense of humor.
Ted, just let me know if you would like anything. Hope you had a fun weekend.

Ekmass, BEL is the ONLY point of contact for purchase. http://www.bestabsinthe.com
Obviously, your question is a hot potato if not an out and out French Fry.
I just make the stuff. BEL markets it. Consider us both spanked.

I'm afraid I am up to my armpits in French sugar cubes for the moment, but I'm sure I'll think of something else......
Meanwhile, there are ways of getting things to you, they just need to be discussed privately. When there is a will, there is a way.

Don's firm is a manufacturing entity. This entity does not take product orders and therefore does not resolve issues of purchase.
Shipping to some areas is a sensitive issue, and will be resolved at the proper time in private communication with prospective clients. Any questions regarding the purchase, shipping, or anything else regarding the upcoming products should be directed to me privately, or can be answered through Belle Epoque Liqueurs (BEL) at absinthe@bestabsinthe.com.
When the products become available, you will find that many of your questions will be answered by information posted on the website.

Don,
Hope that it is the same status as in Germany.
Few months ago there was an advertisement for Hills
in a widespread Austrian magazine so I assume it is the same situation.
Guess Absinthe was never popular here so maybe it was never banned.
Never had problems with shipments inside or outside the EU.
Had to pay import tax (about 30%) for one delivery directly
from Sebor, what was not amusing, and there were 5 0,5 l bottles in the parcel all labels showing that it was Absinthe.
They gladly took the tax and were not interested in anything else.
I´ll try to find out something and inform you.

I should have gotten a bigger, heavier corporate seal.
Yes, shipping will be direct from bonded facility in Thailand to end users. What is the legal situation in Austria re absinthe?

Don,
Will shipping be made directly from Thailand
(to f.e. Austria)??

Don, maybe you should try beating the lawyers with the corporate seal, they move faster that way..I can't wait to get to Nola, I can smell the gumbo here in CT..Keep up the "good" work..Matt

The original intent was a rollout. However I underestimated the complexity of the bureaucratic process here, so the legal paperwork is lagging behind the ability to produce. As soon as the paperwork catches up, we will start taking orders and shipping same day.
In meantime, the NO party is a tasting. And a meeting and greeting. I wish I could be there too but someone has to stay here and pound on the lawyers and wield the corporate seal.

So will it be a product rollout party or just a tasting?
Does this mean the product is actually being released? I thought that was the original intent, no?
