in what i can only describe as a great surprise, the newly elected left-wing government in paris has decided to make absinthe legal, but only in paris...(typically french)because of the close ties between the leftist politicians with the movie industry, it is thought that this might benefit not only the new release 'moulin rouge' but create a new tourist draw to the city without having to involve the rest of the country until it is ready to accept it...today, we raise a glass in toast to the new decision...
