My review of Pastis d'Antan Combier.

Yesterday we had our first summer day in Montréal, it was over 26 C, the sun was shining...and I had o absinthe left so I bought a fine pastis instead. I bought a 70 cl bottle of 'Pastis d'antan' from Combier because the label say it's all natural with no sugar added.

I had only tasted two other pastis before (Pernod and Ricard) and there's no comparison with this product. The color is naturally brown-yellow and it comes in a very dark bottle to protect it from light. In fact, everything they say on the label is true (witch I find incredible those days...). It is complex and balanced. I wont waste more time describing it to you because you can already find reliable info on the web site. I highly recommend this product to all of you and I hope some of you will post their review.
