dengar,
The only thing absinthe-related in Manhattan right now is my liquor closet. But, If you're interested, I run three nightclubs in New York City that feature great live music. If you like jazz, salsa, alternative rock and swing, you'll enjoy my nightclubs. E-mail me and I'll give you my phone number. When you get to town I'll buy you some drinks.

I'm going to spend a week in august in New York and now I'm starting to make plans on what to do with my time. I'd like to hear if there is anything absinthe-related that's worth experiencing there. I'm not necessarily talking about drinking it, as I live in Europe I don’t have to spend my vacation hunting bars that serve absinthe. What I’d really like to know is if there are any places that sell glasses, spoons, posters etc. or maybe some exhibition or anything else that I can’t think of but is absinthe related!
