I was reading the nicely updated consumer report pages of various absinthes, and wanted to point out that contrary to what is assumed in some of the reviews, virtually none of these are naturally colored. The only products that I have seen which 'appear' to have some degree of natural color to my eyes are Segarra, King (sadly enough), and maybe Sebor, although I can't tell for certain until I acquire a sample. All the rest which I have seen (M. Mayans, Deva, Hill's, Lasala, etc., etc.), are positively artificially colored. If color is going to be described, I think the reviews should be edited appropriately for purposes of accuracy.
