Congratulations on getting past Customs with all that hootch! How'd ya do it?

Anyway, only one's own taste can dictate how much sugar goes with a certain absinthe. Personally, I think a small to moderate amount of sugar tends to accentuate Segarra's very floral, fruity flavor.

Meeting the SC people must have been great.

I just got back from Barcelona, I had the pleasure of visiting my favorite supplier SC. I was very suprised to find a small store called "La Cava de los Faros". I talked to the lady inside and it wound up being Christina's mother. She promptly put Christina on the phone once I mentioned SC. Anyways, very nice people, great store! If you have a chance, go check it out and make sure you ask them to see the basement! Well, I came back with 3 bottles of Segarra, 3 of Deva, 1 of serpis, 2 of NS. One question, should I use sugar with the segarra or is it already sweet enough?
