The short answer is that if they aren't familiar with absinthe, they won't find any.

If they were in the Neuchatel area they'd BE familiar with absinthe.

And if they are somewhere else, they won't be able to find it.

Any more than you could readily find moonshine in NYC rather than in Kentucky or Tennessee.

A couple of friend are flying in from Switzerland and called to ask if I wanted anything before they left. They are not familiar with absinthe. How would they find me a bottle of La Bleue, if at all possible?
