Well, Australian law is based on English common law.

Absinthe was never banned in UK, so maybe it is OK in Australia (and NZ).

Let's hope so for the sake of our Ozzie and Kiwi brothers and sisters.

Does anyone know the actual legalities concerning Absinthe and it's import or sale in Australia?
