nope, but i like my absinthe with seltzer water sometimes. very refreshing. i'm a big tonic drinker too, but i'm almost afraid to try it with absinthe... just doesn't sound right.

I am much to much a purist to try this one..once I used sprite in some absinthe...I felt so dirty...

Has anyone ever tried the seltzered syrup that was popular back in the day?

didn't have any eggnog on hand, but i did try the following after reading this post on thursday:

about four ounces of Rompope (mexican egg nog type liquer), an ounce of absinthe (i used Deva), and a splash of milk (rompope is pretty thick)

was extremely yummy! almost like creamy licorice

Eggnog and absinthe. It's very yummy.
