If 15 centigrams = 150mg and 1 litre = ~1 kg ....uh, is that right? Does one liter of water weigh one kilo? If so, I'd make a guestimation based on 1 liter absinthe weighing in at a little less.

I wasn't gonna post since I don't really know, but I figure at least this creates an opportunity to be corrected... how do these numbers fit in with your alpha figures?

excuse me if I make mistakes, The translated Pernod document states the maximum amount of Alcohol distilles essence of artemesia absinthium is 15 centigrammes per litre, what does this work out as a mgkg-1 concentration - I have seen figures quoted for the alpha Thujone content of alcohol distilled wormwood, so all we have to do is extrapolate.
