banjo??? I don`t get it, I was there :
Absolutly not related to banjo. If you where asking Peter if he learned banjo from Mister Segarra I would have laughed my ass out but now I`m just perplex. (I guess you should have added a monkey in your question to make me smile).

Head his a contemporary Alfred Jarry.
The question is : "what part is the prosthesis, the head or the body ?"
Wolf - back from his vacation in the wilderness, nature, forest, lake and canoe...[sigh]

My penis has a first name
My penis has a second name
I stick him in a warm wet cave
if he's breathing
then I'll stay
Cause Hairy Canary leads the way

Deep in the physical heart, there's a center that controls the mind. The head, the mind, influenced and motivated by the heart. Feelings pour freely from this resevoir. The head reduced to a water faucet when the heart has been harmed or hurt. The heart guides the soul. Many times the heart is ignored, or misinterpreted. The mind tells the head that "logic dictates..." when the heart intuits something indescribably magical. Listening to the heart is sometimes like listening to the tumblers in a safe. Hard to hear and recognize if you don't know what to listen for.
Then there's the penis (when I speak of the penis I speak of the male and female penis). Who's voice is loud. The penis has it's own patented THX that makes everything it says sound good, clear and brilliant. "Yeah, you go boy! That's the shit! Get up in it! Oh yeah you're hittin' it, you're pumpin' it, you're workin' it..." The penis is the juvenile delinquent of the body unit.

This Head is seperate but part of the body. Not the true original head but a portion of it, in and of it's own. The two combined...

Now...when we meet in Vegas...how am I to know if THIS head is the FINAL head or just a temporary one?

The body to this day continues to look for a head to replace the original.
The second head didn't last long. Couldn't keep up with the body. The second head was, well...
The third head had a problem seating itself. The third head was unstable. The third head enjoyed the comfort of having a body available when it was convenient. The body rejected this head knowing that it was an "unfit" relationship.
There have been other heads. Most never quite cleared the bar.
Though the latest head is the yin to the body's yang. This head fits well on the body's shoulders. This head impresses even young Head.
How the body goes on without the original head, is a solid mystery. One the young Head ponders. Though the young Head is beginning to understand the patience and perseverance of the long journey of hope for the body.

It's not enough that the head and the body weren't getting along. The head stopped communicating with the body. The head alienated the body and young head. A few years later the head died. Young head always wondered if it was the seperation from the body that killed the head and amazed at how the body continued to live on without the head.

Being a child of divorce myself (the divorce of the body from the head) I can say this...
Inadmissable statistics aside, I can tell you what divorce has done to young Head. When the body and the head seperated, young Head didn't know what to think. Why? "These things just happen sometimes" so he was told. "Fingers leave, organs vanish, limbs wither and fall off. Like leaves from a shadey tree." This was not acceptable to the young Head. This was not "the way things are!" So young Head found comfort in comic books, fiction, fantasy, pornography and later the gate to hell "The Internet". Young Head created his own "way" the way of prosthesis. If there is a missing limb replace it, if there is a void fill it, if there is no truth make it up. In this he bacame very creative, inventive and easily amused by himself. However, in return he became shy, introverted, anti-social, self-centered, a chronic masturbater with a penchant for porn and a lack of any moral center.
