I think Jeffrey was pretty "tooted" up when I saw them that night. He was going to whack some kid with his guitar because he thought the kid spit on him.

Pre show: Kid Congo Powers was complaining about cough syrup with codeine not be available over the counter.

I snorted blow with Jeffrey Lee Pierce in a downtown Manhattan nightclub bathroom.

Okay, who farted?

Mmmmmm! Patricia Morrison, I loveded her sooo much. I got to carry her bass for her when she was with the Gun Club at the Blind Pig in Ann Arbor. She said "Thanks!" and then winked at me.

I nearly fainted...

They have a website.

The Lurkers, like The Damned, were among the first wave of English punk bands. They wrote short catchy pop tunes with a badass attitude.

The Damned have a new album out, and it kicks a great deal of ass. It's called Grave Disorder.

And there's a song called absinthe. It's about, yknow, absinthe.

That and the song 'song.com' make me wonder: are the Damned lurking?
