Sorry you had so much trouble. I did receive a reply for which I thank you. The address is entirely in lower case. I've never known there to be any problem with case sensitivity. I'm coming to the realization that AOL does indeed suck. I'm considering a switch to Earthlink. What's your opinion of these folks?
