From what I understand, they do not reship, but have never had a problem with lost packages. They send it as a "gift", and such packages rarely get searched (unless they have a silly description of the contents that piques a certain agency's interest).

So then you have to pay for the wire on top of the shipping? And by "insured" do they mean you report your claim to the shipping company or do they reship the order at no cost? We need someone to correspond with them in German so that it's clear.
