"They say the athlete didn't knowingly take the drug."

Salt Lake City-AP -- A doping controversy at the Winter Paralympics -- the first in the games' history.
Germany's leading Paralympian has been stripped of two gold medals and kicked out of the Winter Games in Salt Lake City.
Paralympic officials say he tested positive for a banned substance -- a muscle-building steroid.
The athlete won gold in biathlon and five-kilometer cross country skiing at the event for athletes with disabilities.
German officials plan to fight the decision.
They say the athlete didn't knowingly take the drug.
This is the first case of doping since the Winter Paralympics were first staged in 1976 in Sweden
