Multiple choice or short essay?

"Now that we've defined what marriage is, we need to take that further and say children deserve to be in that relationship." - Greg Quinlan of Ohio's Pro-Family Network, a conservative Christian group which apparently promotes pedophilia.

Something to encourage people to read the FAQ first might not be a bad idea.

Shouldn't the standard prostate exam be enough to get in here? harhar.gif

Those kinds of exams make
folks a little too wiggly.

I like my registrants to be
slow, placated and preferably
smoking big cigars.

I think this is something that has already been mentioned by myself and a few others.

I'm for it.

I like the idea of this being a serious forum where we all discuss serious, or not so serious, ideas about absinthe, the new absinthes, and what we feel about absinthe, and its collectibles. I don't give a shit about people drinking absinthe for their first time, what they feel, and whether their order came through or not (unless its a red-flag, which is a quick response). Can't this be a forum for folks who pay attention to the FAQ and the buyer's guide?

My 2 cents, which are worth 1/2 of a piece of mind.

Taking the test would, for many, be an education it itself and raise the quality of posters. It might harm the business of those who specialize in cheap swill too.

A fine absinthe is the product of knowledge, craftsmanship, and talent. An exceptional absinthe is the product of those things plus obsession. Most absinthe is the product of marketing.
