I'm dustin' off the old discussions!!

Did any one uncover the real music listened to in the absinthe bars of the 1800's?
Who were the Beatles of absinthe?
You there must have been one or two.
I want it to be waltzy maybe bossa novish….I know of Satie and DeBussey but these guys have me too relaxed, I got friends comin over and I'd rather not have to crank up the Def Lepard or Modest Mouse.
