First I don't want some saying recipe or anthing about how to craft HG(homemade) here nono.gif . Understand?
The thing that I want to ask you is if you ever taste an HG absinthe that was so good that can competion CO (commercial absinthe) . I know that eichelberger was HG before going on prodution .

Could an HG absinthe be a lot better than a CO like jade ,duplais ?

what do you think ?

I think you'll find many here who believe the best HG's can compete with the best CO's. Some here believe the best HG's surpass the best CO's.

The attitude to HG varies from forum to forum - at the LouchedLounge for instance, they all just drink CO (but that's probably because Crosby, the admin, is such a huge Jade and Ted fan).

Peter, have not you said: "once you cross the line, you are CO for life"? Anyway, HG from Pernot Distillery…mebbe it is what everyone is looking for? Make the blasphemy come true.
