Absinthe Toothpaste!

IPB Image

Well, Absinthe "ready" toothpaste. You need to add a drop of wormwood and other extracts before brushing. It also doesn't have any of that poisonous flouride in it, which no true Absinthe should have in it anyway.

I found it at Whole Foods, but doing a google search you can find it from many other sources, including Amazon.com

Has a very pleasant mild anise taste.

Tom's of Maine used to have a green anise toothpaste that I really liked but it looks like they discontinued it.

Hey, that's badiane.
Baking soda helps to preserve your American smile, although not forever -- in the end it is destructive for your enamel. I add some to my toothpaste because of the huge amounts of red wine, espresso and tobacco I consume. It's labor lost, however.

If it was as effective as their deodorant, I can understand why.

What, no antimony chloride? The fun is ruined.

Tom's fennel toothpaste is the xit!

Though a waste of good fennel . . .

Hmmm. Now to find someone that has wormwood toothpaste, and I can put a dab of each one on a brush. Then drip some water onto it to get a louche, then lather, rinse and repeat.

Damn, you sound like a fun date. Do you drink absinthe, too?

No, but I've read about it in books that aren't that bad and sometimes I cook it up to please people who can actually stomach that crap.
