Conju: Actually, the avatar is the "symbol", or whatever, for the German experimental noise
band Einstuerzende Neubauten. Good stuff.

After living with two half Asian Leopard Cats, for a total of six years, Head, I can assure you that I'm all too well acquainted with that particular horror!!! shock.gif

Ok, so how does it taste?

Word filters. I understand this forum has some good ones as well.

The sh = X I can live without though.

YES!!!!
They're playing April 25th in Boston, I can't wait. I've seen them 3 times so far and their shows are always a treat.

Grey Boy: No f#$@ing way! I don't guess they
still set the stage on fire, huh? I need to check
their website and see if they're coming anywhere
near Houston.

I can't imagine a more entertaining concert than one of theirs. Are they still as energetic as they used to be?

Last time I saw them was 3 years ago, I think, no stage on fire stuff. Still plenty of energy on stage, as well as plenty of toys, jet engines, pipes, springs, etc...
My favorite was a piece of aluminum foil taped to the stage and electrified. They had it wired into the sound sytem and would drip melted candle wax on it. Made an incredible, spooky sound.

Welcome, Adam. abs-cheers.gif

Funny - today I just happened to wonder about the apparent absence of aussies here.

Having said that, the Pernod 68 is fairly readily available at certain boutique liquor establishements around the place at a reasonable price and as such, it is the only decent one I have tasted thus far. discourse...

Seems the situation down under is somehow similar to that of Denmark. Well, P68 isn't bad as the first one. It was the first non-eastern european swill I tried, and the one that convinced me that absinthe could be a damn fine drink. But look forward to try the real, distilled stuff - - that's just an entirely different dimension.
