Hemingway's Hangover
The Museum of Modern Art decided recently to digitize/archive their entire lecture and audio guide collection. For some of us this is the equivalent of free sex.

The home page is here:

But I really must recommend the MP3 file titled "Decadence: Odilon Redon and Fin de Siècle Poetry and Music"
from Saturday, December 3, 2005. It features the most amazing and beautiful live performances of fin-de-siecle art and melody, including a musical version of Baudelaire's "Invitation to a Voyage" (sung in French, natch) that can make you weep like a child under the right circumstances.

There is also a great DADA roundtable lecture from 2006 available.

I've already spent hours listening to this stuff -- it is just astonishing.

Wow. Really? Better than sex huh?

With or without baby oil?
Depends on what you're into I guess:

that can make you weep like a child under the right circumstances.
