Upon my introduction, I just wanted to bid my appreciation to those who developed and kept this site alive. I'm a fairly new admirer of that little anise concoction we all love so much. I've tried the typical american sold Lucid as well as the Edouard 72 so far. As much as I thoroughly enjoy the tastes and aromas of Absinthe, it's the carft and passion behind it which captured my fancy by the short and curlys. Anyways, I look forward to speaking with you all and snacking on the copious amount of knowledge that you've placed on the banquet table. Thanks again!

Hi Guru, welcome here. Would you happen to be a Moody Blues fan?

Cold-hearted orb that rules the night
Removes the colors from our sight,
Red is grey and yellow white
But we decide which is right
And which is an illusion.

As a matter of fact… no. Sorry. But I do adore the blues.

And thank you all for the warm welcome.

In regards to my physical birth, I believe I resembled something similar to a hybrid between an exposed testicle and remnants of the corona radiata.

Greetings from Dulles! abs-cheers.gif

Thanks you, neighbor. I actually work very close to Dulles in Ashburn. By day, I'm a QA Specialist for a Government subcontractor… by night, every night, I'm an artist of many medias. I primarily work in charcoal, oils/acrylic, sculpture and in body modification.

Guru Fact #375: Favorite artists are Dorothea Tanning, Max Ernst, Matthew Barney, Andy Goldsworthy, David Carson and Russell Mills.

We'll have to meet over lunch and some green stuff.

I guess I could say glad to meet you Dr Frankenstein, or is your real name Lector? (In the latter case I'd rather not meet with you at all. Sorry.)

By body modification I meant tattooing, piercing, branding, etc.. It's an art as old as the origin of the body itself and as widespread as the dreams it tries to make a reality.

Andy Goldsworthy…

I also like this guy. "Rivers and Tides" is nice to look at, as are his books.
