Ha! At least the filet-o-fish is priced what it's worth, which is more than what Fenom is probably worth.
Filet-O-Fish™? Who said anything about that? We all know those are cheap, but what we have here is MODERN SASHIMI, a premium product, for which our discerning customers will pay a premium price.
I was going to credit that to the special sauce, but the real special ingredient is probably the
seasame sead bun,

Apparently, Lemercier is behind Fenom, they're also behind Pandor, another cocktail thingy.

Anyway, it's crap to me. Trying to redefine once again what is absinthe, and trying to make a binge drinking/bowel cleaning liquor (at least it does not tout at 128pf like Pandor), arguing that "drinking it as a shot is better than having a complicated old-fashion preparation ritual" is businessman crap.
BTW, the promoters are not absinthe lovers, they're an attorney at law and a former french business school student.

It would be really nice if the TTB had a definition of what is and is not absinthe.
