as in title. Just what and why.

1. Berger blanche because it enchants with delicate anise of Alicante and being a blanche has a complexity of a verte, but is not that sweet as Berger verte
2. Edouard Pernod 1910 due to exceptionally long finish and orchestra of herbs
3. Berger verte for being masculine, bold, yet refreshing
4. Clandestine verte suisse 1969-1989, the finest post-ban EVER
5. Duval-Dubied for the superb aroma
Deluge
Pernod Fils - 1910
C.F. Berger - 1890
Edouard Pernod - 1905
Pernod Fils - 1905
Premier Fils - 1910

I hope to try a pre ban blanche someday!
