Description: According to Absinthe.se: The Absinthe Prométhée from the Matter-Luginbühl distillery in Kallnach, Switzerland is quite an interesting drink... It began with a guy starting as an apprentice at the distillery, Mike Schütz. He came up with a recipe of his own and distillery master Oliver Matter helped him realize the dream of making it.

COLOR BEFORE WATER 6/10
lime yellow with greenish tinge. Kinda too light.
LOUCHE ACTION 10/10
Delicate. Not too quick. Nothing to whine about.
COLOR AFTER WATER 6/10
Not exactly green, murky and whitish.
AROMA 26/30
Herbal, balanced, inviting, not much of alcohol.
MOUTH-FEEL 8/10
Intriguing, well-balanced. Crisp, wormwoody.
TASTE 17/20
Refreshing, not too cloying. Wormwood note au courant, angelica too shy, the rest of the crew well-placed. In the finish colouring herbs become prominent but do not overpower.
OVERALL IMPRESSION 8/10
Definitely something new and fresh, not in the vein of Duplais or others from Matter's. However, Promethee #1 (that was not for sale) is much better.
