COLOR BEFORE WATER 10/10
It's perfectly clear.
LOUCHE ACTION 8/10
Heavy white thick louche.
COLOR AFTER WATER 10/10
Very nice white milky totally opaque.
AROMA 19/30
Mainly fennel and a touch of wormwood and of course anise. Nice and rich. A bit thin after adding water.
MOUTH-FEEL 7/10
Slightly numbing but quite full and smooth. Lacks a little something though.
TASTE 15/20
Nice but nothing extremely special. It's a decent La Bleue. Nothing particularly wrong either though.
OVERALL IMPRESSION 7/10
Ordinary La Bleue but well made and very drinkable.
