COLOR BEFORE WATER 10/10
It's a blanche and it's crystal clear.

LOUCHE ACTION 6/10
Not as thick as expected and not much of an "action" either.

COLOR AFTER WATER 7/10
It's ok. It could be a bit whiter than this, but that is due to the slightly lighter louche.

AROMA 17/30
Not completely bad before adding water. It's a classic La Bleue with most its bets on fennel. After adding water I find it only to become thinner and less intriguing.

MOUTH-FEEL 6/10
Decent but not very full or rich. I find it rather flat and uninteresting.

TASTE 12/20
Nothing spectacular. It's a classic La Bleue though not as good as the best. It's fennel and anise and a hint of wormwood which isn't even that great.

OVERALL IMPRESSION 5/10
A little boring and flat and just another La Bleue.
