COLOR BEFORE WATER 10/10
An extremely fine green. Vibrant but without the nuclear artificial tones.
LOUCHE ACTION 8/10
Nice clouding and a good build up. Perfectly louched at about 3:1
COLOR AFTER WATER 9/10
Close to perfect.
AROMA 27/30
Before water: A nice herbal complexity with fine wormwood and pontica tones nicely partnered with fennel and hyssop.
After water: It blooms into a nice herbal garden. Very fine.
MOUTH-FEEL 8/10
Full and rich indeed but just a bit too sharp to get full scores.
TASTE 17/20
A good tasting absinthe - well balanced taste where each herb gets its well deserved room to show what it's got.
OVERALL IMPRESSION 8/10
A very fine absinthe. That's it. Nothing ground breaking but it's good.

COLOR BEFORE WATER 9/10
Deep mid-green of great clarity without any solid artifacts or haze.
LOUCHE ACTION 8/10
Strong and quite turbulent louche (slowly poured drink).
COLOR AFTER WATER 9/10
Proper opaque green, greyish on the edges.
AROMA 23/30
Before water fruity and balanced herbal aroma. After water not that fruity but an unfamiliar (to me) nuttiness emerged. This sample is from a newly opened bottle so this point might require reassesment after some time.
MOUTH-FEEL 8/10
Well on the creamy side. No kind of tingling or burning, pleasant.
TASTE 16/20
Maybe towards anise more than anything else. However, everything I expected was represented nicely.
OVERALL IMPRESSION 8/10
Very good, for experienced absintheurs as well as beginners (which I still am).
