COLOR BEFORE WATER 8/10
Pale green

LOUCHE ACTION 7/10
Modest but respectable

COLOR AFTER WATER 7/10
pale green

AROMA 23/30
The unusual note in ‘40s is still there but toned way down. The entire aroma is toned down but not bad.

MOUTH-FEEL 5/10
Slightly biting.

TASTE 14/20
Some bitter wormwood, a bit of anise and that odd aftertaste although it’s a little more forward and far less powerful.

OVERALL IMPRESSION 6/10
A stilted shadow of the ‘40s version. I would like to know more about the history of Argenti.
